Need to return something you purchased? All of our products are eligible for returns in original condition (tag still on) within 30 days of purchase.

- Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback!)
If eligible, we’ll get back to you ASAP with instructions.
We recommend that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed by our support team.
We want you to love your Andes Village experience, so we offer free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Orders placed between October 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.
While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails. Final Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges.
We issue two forms of refunds:
a) Andes Village Store Credit +$5 Bonus Andes Village Credit
b) A refund to the original form of payment
Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
We do not currently offer direct merchandise exchanges. You'll get the right product faster if you simply place a second order.

If the item has changed in price since your original purchase, please contact our support team and we will be happy to honor the original price on the new size.
We try to issue refunds as quickly as possible!
Once we've physically received your return package and confirmed the condition and contents, we will issue your refund. While we aim to process and refund your return within 10-17 days from the time you send it back, it may take up to 4 weeks during our busiest returns season (November-March).
Please note that once a credit card refund has been issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect that transaction on your account statement.
Refunds to Andes Village Store Credit are available to use immediately once the refund has been issued.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right.
